I966 Lambretta SX200 Excellent condition professionally rebuilt 16 hp Engine.
Owned for 5 years and V5 in my name.
Excellent condition and on display in my collection and used regularly for short dry outings.
Conserved rather than restored.
All genuine original Innocenti unless stated.
Correct numbers. 835 frame and 840 engine.
Original seat and cover and tool roll.
Professionally rebuilt engine in 2024,
12 volt electronic ignition but retaining the 6 volt appearance.
New large taper Italian crankshaft,
Top quality bearings and seals,
Optimised porting on original cylinder,
Period Dellorto SH2/ 24 carburettor with original air box and standard air filter.
SIP Ancillotti period type clubman exhaust.
All engine changes have retained the original appearance.
Easier and more responsive riding in town and on open roads.
New Michelin classic tyres
Engine performance is 13 hp and 11 ft lb at the rear wheel with 18 degrees ignition timing and 16 hp and 13 ft lb with 24 degrees
Innocenti claimed over 11 hp but this was the best results at the flywheel and was typically 9 hp at the rear wheel
