Since 1962 current owner
The car was delivered to Bergzabern in 1924. The first owners were Mr Hanser and Mr Leiber Ulm, car dealership owners representing Opel cars.
Leiber won 20 races with the car. In 1959, Mr Alarich Seidler bought the car from the company Max Buch KG Schrott und Metallverarbeitung from the bankruptcy estate of Mr Leiber.
In 1961, Mr Horst Brantz from Hüls/ Mosel bought the Bugatti and passed it on to Mr Hans O. Geigenberger/ Munich in November 1961. In 1962, the current owner, back than a student, bought the car,
Since then, it has been gradually restored to its original condition
Engine overhaul, including new pistons
