Very standard RD engine no porting or modifications, casings have never been split and is only on a +1 bore that I had done when purchasing as a top end refresh original standard pistons included. The engine had a leak down test when I purchased it and no fault was found it runs perfect and has never let me down.
I have had the outer casings re coated as they had some boot marks.
Allspeeds purchased new by me
Original useable 2R8 standard exhausts and centre stand included
Carburettors are correct 2R8 and operate without fault
Chrome work is in original age related condition
Seat base is original and solid .
Bad bit - I unfortunately dropped something in my garage on the fuel tank causing a small dent and paint chips “gutted” .
I’ve had lots of enjoyment from this RD but sadly the time has come to pass it on so I can pursue other things.
