I have owned this stunning V8 for over 20 years, and I have personally known it from new.
The car is a German spec & supplied vehicle and was supplied new on UK plates to a personal friend in Spain who used it as a land tender to his boat. I bought this vehicle in 2004 from it's second boat owner in the same marina.
A 2001 model year car comes with a full documented service history from MB in Spain & latterly in the UK, coupled with a recent indy Mercedes service history supporting the current mileage.
This car has zero rust as it has been garaged from new and now lives in Surrey, close to Gatwick Airport.
In June 2024 the car had full 2-stage paint correction, ceramic coating, convertible roof protection, wheel, body & interior detailing, which is all guaranteed for 5-years, at a cost of over £2, 000; (with receipts), and is now dry stored for the winter.
The car audio system, auto-changer & sat nav has been recently restored by a specialist.
The interior, including the drivers seat is immaculate and comes with recently purchased factory AMG over-mats.

I bought this car with 9, 000 miles on the clock and have kept the car in outstanding condition from this year forward. The car has been pampered on every level, always using premium 99 fuel and Mercedes factory oils in the engine, gearbox & diff.
During the recent detailing exercise, conducted in late 2024, and while we had the car up on ramps with the wheels away for polishing, we conducted a full survey of the underneath of the car, replacing everything we could find; (items such as wheel tubs, and a full set of the now unavailable Mercedes plastic trims that fit down both lower sides of the car). These items really put the vehicle back to a stunning factory look.
We have an excellent Mercedes specialist Independent service agent locally, and the car can be inspected, hooked up to the Mercedes Factory diagnostics equipment, and reported on the underside up on ramps by prior arrangement.
