If you would like to own the (possibly) best Mercedes 190 SL in the world – please keep on reading. This Mercedes will exceed the condition of almost every other 190 SL for sale – and it is fully documented
It used to be a Californian 190 SL which came to Denmark in app. 2010. It then underwent a full restoration by a Danish air plane mechanic that did the car for his own use. The body was perfect as on many Californian cars. This means that the body is untouched.
The car was completely dismantled down to the last screw. And all parts were then carefully renovated. Engine has been fully renovated – so has gearbox and differential (3, 9 ratio)
All wear parts have been replaced. For example, wiring loom, all instruments have been renovated, all interior is new in quality material. All parts in engine bay have been gold chromated (like original).

History from factory is present. Matching numbers, matching interior colour. The exterior colour has been changed to black, from the original grey (colour code 190)
It is an absolute joy to drive this 190 SL. The view over the instrument panel is absolutely gorgeous. It is similar to a lady overviewing Tiffanys.
