The car was built around 10 years ago by Hadyn Earl (TheClassicEra) - the build is well documented online.
Built as a competition car with the idea that original cars are now too valuable to crash!
Spec is as follows:

-Bespoke tubular steel chassis
-Ford sidevalve split front axle, modified to provide camber adjustment
-Ford sidevalve rear axle on multi link setup
-Custom coilovers all round, specified for this car
-Modified 15" ford pop wheels on Vredestein Sprint Classics
-Twin leading shoe brake conversion all round with dual circuit hydraulics
-Steering rack conversion with quick release wheel
-Welded in roll hoop
-GRP nosecone, bonnet, scuttle, rear wings and bootlid - the rest is aluminium

-Highly modified dry sump 1240cc Ford 100e built by Paul at PRP autos engineering
-Lightened/ wedged standard crank with big ends cross drilled
-Phoenix Engineering conrods
-Modified 998cc A+ pistons (slipper type)
-Steel centre main cap
-CP75 191 camshaft
-Ported block with 3 angle valve seats
-Head skimmed and modified for high rev flow
-Dry sump system
-Aluminium flywheel
-E93a gearbox
-Dyno'd at 84 bhp
It needs some work to finish - engine was test fitted but needs mounting properly and a prop shaft making. The engine is a fresh build that has never been run, the whole car could do with a check over before you take it on track!!
It was a running car before we got it, with a different engine fitted that got robbed... Obviously no v5 with the car, it was built as a track car!
