Kawasaki H2 750 1972
Very reluctant sale due to recent health issues which mean I have had to sell all my kickstart bikes. The H2 is the last such bike to go but I have been holding on hoping for a resolution which is unlikely to happen anytime soon....
This is an extremely nice H2 from the first year of production. Originally imported by Rick Brett some years ago.
Totally restored over the last 3 years. Engine rebuilt by renowned Triples specialist (details on request). Crank balanced, cylinders rebored, new pistons, bearings, crankcases aquablasted, new seals etc. Outside cases polished. No fin damage.
Gearbox overhauled.
Oil pump overhauled.
All electrics sorted by Alan Moss. New loom from Tripleparts. New RSS stator and CDI box.
New clutch plates and springs. Ralf Gille clutch worm which transforms the pull at the lever and makes the pull reasonably light.
Carbs ultrasonically cleaned and balanced.
New Doremi exhaust system which is indistinguishable from the original.
Frame blasted and repainted.
Bodywork repainted with new decals.
Original seat recovered. It has the original chain oiler and steering damper in place.
All chrome parts replated or replaced.
11900 recorded miles on the original clocks.
Original riders handbook and some original tools.
UK registered and recognised by DVLA as an Historic Vehicle.
Overall, a very, very nice H2 that goes great .
