Ford Fiesta Supersport. Genuine superb condition car which does say Fiesta Supersport on the V5 and has the correct rear panel hump. Lovely little car which was restored about 15 years ago and fortunes spent on it. This one has been slightly modified with sensible upgrades which has massively improved the car from standard.. Everything was rebuilt or replaced at the time of the restoration and it was all polly bushed.
Historic registered with free road tax and no MOT requirement. 106, 000 Miles.
Body - Really solid and all body colour painted underneath. Paintwork is lovely. The bonnet was recently repainted and the rest of the car was professionally detailed. Correct Supersport graphics, bodykit, bumpers, Original ‘Carello’ spot lights all in good condition. When it was restored the grille was left black rather than colour coding it. Very good looking straight car.
Mechanics - I bought the car a a non runner and then spent lots of money at a local engine specialist to get it running brilliantly. Engine was fully rebuilt by ‘JEM Engines’ at the time of the restoration and has only done approx 3000 miles. The full spec of the engine upgrade is in the photos but It has a high lift cam and runs Twin 40 ‘Webers’. It starts runs and drives perfect with no popping or spitting from the carbs. Electric fuel pump fitted. Uprated springs.
Interior - Recaro seats re-trimmed with leather bolster and genuine cloth Supersport Carla inserts. Matching rear seat. Standard door cards. Good carpet and headlining. RS steering wheel and standard one comes with it. Optional opening quarter windows and the headlight washers.
Wheels - Polished Supersport Alloys with good 175/ 50/'13 tyresCracking little car which drives really well. Very useable everyday and fun classic car that could be used as a classic hill climb or classic track car.
