Noble M12 GTO 3
It’s hard to know where to start with this incredible car , please bear with me as this may take a while , if you want a standard Noble this won’t be for you if you want the ultimate track weapon please read on.
One of the directors of ‘The Sign Team’ (a true petrol head!) bought this in 2011 as a standard Noble M12 GTO and then set about building the ultimate track/ road car and I personally think he has achieved it!
There are invoices for almost £40k for this build ( I hope his wife doesn’t see this advert!)
I’ll list the main things that have been done to the car but it really needs to be seen to appreciate the work that has gone in to the car , the idea was although the M12 was an excellent car there were still places where it could be improved so this was the aim with this car.
As you can see the colour has gone from the light blue and is wrapped in metal flake orange , it was used as a promotional car for their company and was shown at the Autosport show at the NEC for a number of years.
Starting at the front , the front lights were upgraded , carbon front splitter added
Small carbon spoiler to direct more cooling to the radiator, front brakes have been upgraded to ‘Jetstram’ 350mm Discs with RS29 Pads.
The interior has had an array of carbon parts fitted (M400 spec) from jetstream , light weight race seats with 4 point harnesses. The ECU has been moved on to the cabin on custom carbon mounts , a fire extinguisher system is also fitted to the interior and engine bay should the worst happen.
Underneath the (1 of 4) Jetstream fastback rear clam which was added to aid cooling( original will be included in the sale as will the original wheels) you’ll find the modified V6 engine now pushing out circa 500bhp depending on where you have the switchable boost set. I won’t list the complete spec here as there is just too much but suffice to say nothing has been left untouched , upgraded transmission, brakes , suspension ( rebuilt last year) , fuelling , it’s worth noting that the car is fitted with 2 fuel pumps so if one fails you can switch to the other.
We believe that this car addresses all the niggles the M12’s had and has massively improved the car as a result.
The spec is insane on this car and has been an absolute labour of love but with business being busy there is little time to enjoy the car now so the tough decision has been made to sell the car so someone else can enjoy it.
