2004 Honda Accord Tourer 2. 4 Executive Manual for sale - 175000 miles - Needs new clutch

Here is my now quite rare Mk7 Accord tourer 2. 4 manual for sale, sadly the clutch will need replacing as the car is difficult to get into gear at low speeds, so the car will most likely need towing away, though if you live locally (I'm based in Farnborough, Hampshire) you might be able to get the car home.
I have owned this fantastic car for just under 3 years and I've driven over 30000 miles in that time and haven't had any problems aside from the usual age-related mechanical work.
I have spent over £2500 on maintenance work for the car including:

New brake calipers, discs and pads
OEM cat-back exhaust replacement
New driveshaft and wheel bearing
Quality replacement ball joint on driver's side (passenger's side replaced by previous owner)
Extensive welding to structural areas

I also have a collection of receipts and the service records from the previous owners including suspension work.
The engine itself is sitting on 175000 though it hasn't shown any signs of ageing and still pulls well. I have serviced the car myself in my ownership, frequently replacing the oil and also replacing the coolant and power steering fluid.
A few things to note:

Air conditioning is unfortunately not working, a re-gas in the summer did not fix the issue so it would likely require a new condenser
The front bumper has some damage and cracks (see pictures), though is fitted securely. You might want to find a replacement if this bothers you
The electric tailgate is fully functioning, unlike a lot of similar aged models
Car will only come with 1 key I only got the one from the previous owner
Car came fitted with 17" EP3 Civic Type R wheels from a previous owner which could use a refurb, please note the full-size spare is an originally supplied 16" wheel.
Car will also come with a towbar in the boot, looks as though it hasn't been used before and will definitely need a new clutch before using it!
MOT is valid until 21st Feb 2025, previous advisory item of ball joint has been replaced, advised control arm part will be included in sale, I haven't had the chance to replace it myself.

I haven't seen a 2. 4 tourer manual come up for sale for quite a while and I think a lot of them are sadly no longer on the road. I am looking for £1000 for the car but am open to reasonable offers. I think the car is probably worth more than that in parts alone if you are so inclined or with a new clutch and a small amount of maintenance work you will have your hands on a great car!
