Description
This car has covered just over 1600 dry miles since I bought it, has been kept in storage when not being used, wasn’t perfect when I purchased the car but now it runs brilliantly.
The car has featured on Auto sportivo YouTube channel but since then has had a lot more work done and runs even better.
I was advised the car was the category N write-off but was only the front wing and the door.
List below of work that I have carried out since ownership
Found multiple loose and corroded earth connections on engine, cleaned and tightened all connections.
carried out general inspection of engine/ car, Replaced/ repaired wires on boost controller, replaced jubilee clamp on turbo coolant pipe, Tightened multiple clamps on boost pipes,
Welded bracket on lower turbo hose.
Replaced multiple missing bolts across engine bay,
Copper brake pipe and unions
Replaced front brake discs and pads
Replaced rear brake discs and pads
Replaced both front wheel bearings
Replaced OSR brake pipe, Compensator to flexi.
Carried out oil service,
Carried out welding repairs to passenger seat anchorage and OSR inner wheel arch new fuel filler neck.
Replaced brake copper brake pipes to OSR caliper and replaced calip bled braking system to remove air.
Replaced NS lower 90 degree boost pipe due to split welded metal boost pipe which runs under engine.
Fixed boot latch cable due to being stretchedl.
