Up for sale is my JDM 2011 Facelift Subaru Impreza Spec C STI Hatch.
I imported the car through Torque GT in October 2023 after 6 months of searching for an unmolested example. The car was imported with 11000km/ 68350miles and was a grade 4. Upon arrival at Torque GT the car was treated to full under body protection as well as cavity wax treatment in all panels and chassis areas.(Photo shows underside prior to underbody protection) A cat 1 alarm immobiliser was installed and the Speedo and odometer correctly converted to read in MPH/ Miles. The original Japanese protective film is still in place over the sill logos and lower door panels.
Being a Spec C there are rumoured to be only 1658 built 228 of which are in 32J Obsidian black, I believe there are less than 5 Facelift cars in the UK. The car has now covered 73714 miles and hasn’t missed a beat during my ownership including driving the car over 2000 miles to Monaco and back last year.
The cambelt was replaced at 105000km in 2022, the dashboard has numerous stickers showing service history during its life in Japan.
The car sits on matching Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres which were fitted in April this year. All transmission fluids were replaced in January 2024 using Motul 300 75w-90 LSD for the rear diff (Spec C mechanical LSD) and Motul 300 75w-90 for the gearbox and front diff. The factory Subaru optional boost gauge is fitted along with the JDM toll reader.
The front discs and pads were replaced by Torque GT when the car arrived and the rears were changed in Jan 2024.
The oil and filter have been changed regularly always using genuine Subaru Filters and fully synthetic oil.( Last changed Nov 2024) A full service was carried out in January 2024 including NGK iridium plugs, K&N air filter and cabin filter.
The MOT expires on the 26th Sep 2025, there were no advisories faults on the current test.
I have a memory stick full of photos showing the car in Japan and its arrival in the UK before the under body protection was installed. A car VX report was carried out before importing the car which I have copies of showing auctions sheets and photos, I have this available as a PDF if anyone would like to see it.
Having owned 4 Impreza’s over the years this Spec C by far out performs the others in both handling and performance, this is a genuine enthusiast owned car. Extremely reluctant sale due to house purchase.
