The Jaguar XJRS was a high-performance version of the Jaguar XJ6/ XJ12 manufactured by Jaguar Cars from 1988 to 1989. It was based on the XJ40 and was powered by a 6-litre V12 engine developing 318 bhp (234 kW) and 364 lb-ft (494 Nm) of torque. The car had a top speed of 250 km/ h and could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/ h in 6. 8 seconds. It was equipped with stiffer suspension, special alloy wheels and a unique body kit to distinguish it from the standard XJ. Only 326 examples of the XJRS were produced, making it a rare and highly sought-after car by collectors today.
