Description
1957 BSA A7 500cc Shooting Star - rare early model with dark green frame. Fully restored, immaculate and unused.
Purchased for £6, 800. 00 from Eddy's Moto Ltd in early 2012 (original receipt available), 'JAS 682' was rebuilt to be part of a museum collection and so is in wonderful condition apart from some minor chrome loss on the wheels during storage. It was delivered, kicked over and ran once after delivery but never ridden. It was cleaned, admired and stored away until now by its late owner - it was the dream bike of his youth. Now out of storage and for sale by the family. Eddy's original sales description in 2012 read: "To say this bike is nice is an understatement. Everything about this bike is right. It looks, sounds and rides just like it did when it left the BSA factory all those years ago." It is a rare early A7 Shooting Star with the dark green frame. VIN: EA/ 711756. Engine number: CA7SS3352. An immaculate example. £5, 995. 00 firm.
