Description
Purchased by the first owner born in 1914 in Foggia in 1975, it travelled about 86000 km until 1996, when it was struck off the ACI (Italian Automobile Club) public register for demolition and was parked and stored in the garage until 2021, the year in which I bought and restarted this car in Foggia. After the long period of inactivity, a lot of mechanical work was needed to get the car up and running again, and it can be said that almost the entire mechanical part was rebuilt. The timing belt, service belt, spark plugs, platinum-plated points and distributor capacitor have all been replaced, the entire fuel supply part with an overhaul of the carburettor and replacement of the fuel pump, hoses and even the tank replaced with a brand new original one. The brakes have been totally rebuilt with overhaul of the front calipers total overhaul of the rear brakes, replacement of the hoses, brake master cylinder, brake servo and brake regulator. The 4 tyres have been replaced. The interior is original and in perfect condition. The bodywork is intact and the paintwork has been partially retouched in some parts, leaving some slight signs of time, the bottoms intact original and without corrosion. To be registered in Italy with the ASI procedure, you can also have the original number plate which is known, or ready for export with ACI-PRA Chronological Certificate.
