Description

This is a beautifully restored Fixed Head Coupe Triumph TR7 in Inca Yellow, as you can see from the pictures someone has spent a lot of time and a small fortune bringing this car back to its former glory and would certainly not be out of place at a car show. It has under 30k mileage on it and this was verified by a previous owner
It comes with a heritage certificate and a folder full of MOT's and invoices, from what I can gather the car was restored in homage to the car in the TV series the Detectorists where Lance drove the Inca Yellow TR7 in many episodes around Danebury, we even found some confetti under one of the seats so can assume it may have been restored for a Wedding. I found out recently that originally and before being restored this was one of the Victory limited edition models. After being restored it was left in a garage some time so when I received it I had it serviced and gave it a good clean. I replaced the mats and the rear light covers and replaced one of the wing mirrors, the choke cable was also replaced.
I am only selling it as shortly after purchasing the car I had a family bereavement and as you may see from one of the images I have now unfortunately lost my garage space to a lovely Morris Minor, I purchased a top of the range outdoor cover which goes with the car and it is not doing it any favours so it is definitely too nice a car to leave outside all winter all be it under the cover went outside today and charged the battery up for a few hours and then started her up and seeing it had not been started for over 6 weeks she burst into life and after leaving on the choke for 5 minutes she runs beautifully and purrs. The only thing I found today was the auto Radio Aerial, radio and clock had stopped working which were working perfectly last time I turned her over, the fuse has blown so I assume a bit of damp has got in somewhere, but other than that she really is a head turner, only thing I don't personally like is all the stickers on it and I was intending removing a few of them but I will leave them for the new owner to decide whether to remove or not.
The pictures tell you how good this car is so please no silly offers, swaps or part exchange, V5 is in my name and she has two sets of keys the car will only be released on confirmation of full payment. The car is situated three miles outside Ayr in South Ayrshire. 29, 500 Genuine mileage, beautiful restored condition and a whole host of new parts, potential show winner and comes with Heritage certificate and outdoor cover.
