Description
This Cortina was manufactured in this country but spent most of its life in Cyprus. It has a very rare column change 4 speed manual with the bench front seat set up. It drives really well with a quiet gearbox and back axle. The car is very straight and the doors shut beautifully and it simply has a lovely patina throughout. It does now need new front jacking point panels welded in which I have now purchased and a bit of work in and around that area but otherwise super solid everywhere else with the original wings and sills etc. It also still has the original paint on the inside floor pans which is incredible. Currently running a 1300 engine but I have the original 1600hc matching numbers engine. The rocker cover is from the original engine. Obviously it still needs plenty of work especially the interior but this really is a fantastic base for restoration or modification or to simply just use as it is. Dont miss out on this one. It really is a genuine honest classic old ford just waiting to be taken to the next level.
