Here is my 1987 3rd generation Honda Civic, rare factory manual.
I've owned the car about 7 months and in that time I've given it as much as a mechanical overhaul as possible. She's just been MOT'd with zero advisories!
Good bits:
•New radiator + hoses
•New fuel lines
•New drive shafts
•New thermostat and thermostat housing
•New water pump
•New tensioners
•Head and rocker cover gaskets replaced
•New HT leads (comes with spares)
•New brake lines all round
•New pads on the front and shoes on the rear
•Reconditioned rear drums
•New handbrake cable
•Heater matrix refurbished
•All welding has been completed, underside is mint and has been undercoated.
•Full stainless straight through system
•Comes with lots of spares
Bad bits:
•Sunroof has a slight leak
•Paintwork is very patina
•Slight surface rust on bonnet and top of the door shuts
•Some interior pieces missing or damaged
I've been using the car with a semi-stripped interior as I was going to put a cage in it for track use, but never got round to it. All interior will be included in the sale.
She can come on CRX del-sol vti alloys for £3200 or standard wheels for £2900. Although I am open to offers, thanks. This little Civic is powered by a
torque-y 1. 3 Single cam motor which puts the power down lovely! That paired with the ultra rare manual transmission on these, makes for the perfect little car to thrash round lanes.
Aswell with its custom fully stainless exhaust system, it sounds like a dream, its not too loud nor too subtle.
The front suspension is fully adjustable which means it can be lowered in just under 20 minutes, a quick, easy way to make the car stand out even more!
