BSA Starfire 250 (matching numbers). First registered 18/ 04/ 1969.
I bought this last year as a project from a deceased estate sale, last keeper since June 1977. But due to a change in my circumstances I am unfortunately selling as I no longer have the time. Good original unmolested condition, perfect for restoration. I was told by a BSA specialist that the chrome tank was very rare in the UK as are the in-period cafe racer bars. A few odds and ends that were missing I have managed to find most missing parts, original new old stock (not reproductions). I also have the original log book issued in 1977 in its On Her Majesty's Service envelope from the DVLA and various workshop and parts manuals.
