Rover Metro 1. 4 GTa. Very rare early 3 door non-sunroof spec. A very original low ownership car. Ex-Rover dealer car that was then used by the garage owner and wife. Full history and dealer pack service books and invoices from new. Dealer number plates and tax disc holder. Retains all the original features radio, steel wheels and correct trims not messed about with. A lovely colour combination of Nordic blue metallic coachwork and fireworks interior trim. This example has been full rust-proofed from new and has only seen summer use within my long term ownership. Currently in dry storage but will be sold with a full MOT. Used for Metro Mini day Gaydon 2024 drove 450+ mile round trip a real pleasure to drive.
Offered reluctantly for sale as it needs to be used and enjoyed more. Very few low mileage early 3 door cars remain. A pleasure to own and drive the 1. 4 K-series is the best of the bunch in 8 valve carb smooth powerful and fuel efficient. The 5 speed gearbox is nice to use and offers low rev motorway speed use. Serviced last year that included Anti-freeze and brake fluid changed. Only 25K miles this still drives like new. Spare wheel jack unused.
