Description
This is a very nice 1950 Oldsmobile Deluxe coupe. It has a rebuilt 1955 Oldsmobile 324 cu in engine and a 1955 Oldsmobile dual range Hydramatic transmission. The electrical system has been converted to 12 volts with a Pertronix ignition and the battery is charged by a chrome alternator. It has air conditioning, an auxilary electric fuel pump and an auxiliary electric fan. It also has back up lights, a trunk light and an engine bay light.
The body is nice and was repainted an original color, Crest blue about 20 years ago. The chrome is good and the interior has been redone. The wheels are original 15" with Coker Classic wide whitewall tires and 1955 Olds Fiesta spinner hubcaps.
This car gets a lot of nice comments at car shows and on the street. I bought this Oldsmobile 8 years ago and have done many upgrades on it like air conditioning, 12 volt conversion, electric fuel pump, electric wipers, electric auxiliary fan, as well as many mechanical and cosmetic upgrades
