Description

This was originally my Dads bike that was a daily commute to Enfield from stevenage for many years. He managed to maintain it himself but as he got older it became harder to do. Once retired his health deteriorated and the bike was left in the garage more than rode. The tin work was repainted professionally but he never got to do the frame. It was running following a service and tune up by a classic bike specialist In Baldock. I had the wheels rebuilt and fitted with new rims, spokes, new tubes and modern day classic tyres. The front brake will need attention although new shoes have been fitted. It has not been used for approx 18 months. Some spares will go with it. With a bit of fresh fuel and some tinkering this would make a great Sunday ride out bike again. Some spares including a used barrel and cylinder head. This was handed down to me when my Dad passed away along with his B40 (for sale as well) It has the makings of a great bike as most of the work has been done. The family would rather see it being used than sitting in the garage for the rest of its days. Sensible offers will be considered.
