Description
This is the very unexpected sale of my recently imported (from South Africa.) A Series Opel Manta 1900 SR.
As you can see she is in great 'rust free' condition having spent her life in a warm dry climate.
All tax's are paid and she is UK registered with a UK plate so all ready for the road.
I have done a few bits to her like fit new rear rubber over-riders, new radio Ariel, new plates with stainless back trims etc.....
The interior is a fantastic red colour with just a few age related holes that can easily be repaired (one of the jobs to do on my list.)
The engine runs very well and quietly. The diff & gearbox are free from noises and the clutch feels fine.
She would benefit from a basic service and a quick 'once over' which I also intended to do in the spring.
She is only for sale as a result of me being offered a different Manta.
The total outlay of the car to me was a touch over 15k which included all import charges and tax's.
Im not expecting to get all of that back so I feel I have priced her at a realistic price to sell.
