Incredible condition following a full nut and bolt restoration to a very high standard. Costs exceed £80k for FIA (Period F - 1962/ 1965 - Pre 1966).
FIA papers renewed to 2034.
Alloy panels, doors, bonnet & boot.
Newly rebuilt FIA specification engine.
Dyno tested at 175/ 180 BHP.

SPECIFICATION
Body restored to new condition with no previous damage or rust. Because of this, in my opinion, it must be one of the best Lotus Cortina's on the market.
Full FIA roll cage, welded and bolted with door protection.
Lightweight windows and alloy panels.
Suspension newly rebuilt to FIA specification including front & rear brakes.
Engine completely refreshed to full FIA specification with twin Webers and stainless steel exhaust system which is also compliant to FIA standard. All producing a very healthy 175/ 180 BHP. Engine has been fully run in and Dyno tested with all printout details.
Gearbox is close ratio to FIA specification, rebuilt and upgraded, with a heavy duty race specification prop shaft.
Rear axle also FIA compliant with an LSD.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
Following a sucessful sale, I will undertake to install a 2025 full FIA fire extinguisher system with 5 outlets along with a 2025 FIA racing seatbelt. (This will be included in the sale price).
Subject to negotiation, I can race check and prepare the car ready for the grid.
