reluctantly selling due to having another 2 cars and no longer having realistic use. Vehicle is in good condition for a 25 year old car.
- was imported to u. k in 2002
- first registered in japan in 1999.
- has original vosa, dvla, import and registration documentation from japan and on arrival in u. k.
- partial other documentation and history of vehicle from previous owners.
- had a full fresh respray, a few years ago.
- full underseal treatment.
- recently changed all brakes, pads, calipers, strut mounts and some other bits n bobs.
- car is very original.
- powder coated original alloy wheels
car handles well and drives without any issue, is very fun nippy wee car.
negative points:
- will need a timing belt change at some stage (squeaks sometimes on start for few seconds - i have included a full brand new timing belt kit which is provided with car so just needs fitted)
- stereo system is old and could be replaced (at present only 1 functioning rear speaker)
- has a security alarm and immobiliser installed, could use replacement for alarm.
- no central locking) old school, key to lock and open car).

Vehicle is becoming extremely rare to find, even in japan in condition like this one and a type r manual is even rarer. the car drives extremely well, makes ground when it needs to thanks to the mivec engine and it still grabs the attention with the curiosity from people.
a very nice car overall and if i didn't have my other 2, i would probably be keeping it! :)
