Description
The "one and Only" Bimota DB5 Borsalino, created by Bimota to mark the 150th Anniversary of the Italian Fashion House "Borsalino".... She was transported to Harrods of Knightsbridge in London and was in their fashion section for a while... before being sent to a Borsalino Fashion shop in Paris... and then another in Milan. She then went back to the factory and "dissappeared" for some 11 years to a private collector before I managed to track her down and purchase her. She still has Zero miles on the clock, the battery still has not been fitted and the acid is still in the plastic bottles. I have "shown" her a couple of times at Bike shows, she is UK road registered with a private plate of DB05 BOR, and I have all the original documentation and Italian license details and EuroCoC with her... Ohlins Front and Rear suspension, Matt black paintwork.... Gold anodised Billet alloy everywhere... rear stand, owners handbook etc, 2 keys, fitted with the Zard squishy Carbon fibre open race end cans.... I did "upgrade" the grey plastic cam belt covers to some tartan style weave Bimota Carbon Fibre cam belt covers and Slash cut CF bimota Clutch cover, all parts direct from the factory... of course I have retained all the original parts also... V5 in my name... Open to offers but in no rush.... I havent even ever sat on her in my 6 years of ownership
