1993 Rover Mini Mayfair 1275 with Tweed grey body and white roof.
Car is currently resting up for the winter but will be MOTd prior to any interest/ test drives etc.
The car has just finished an extensive strip down and refurbishment to bring the car up to spectacular standard. The restoration took over 2000 hours to complete and no expense was spared during the work. There is no rust on the car and it has been fully rustproofed with wax after refurb to keep rust at bay. The body was painted with 2 pack primer and gloss paint and the underside treated with stone chip paint, 2 pack primer, black gloss and waxoyl to prevent rust. All suspension and brake parts have been blasted before painting with epoxy. The rust prone front bumper mounting flange has been removed and stainless steel bumper mounting brackets fitted. New stainless bumpers and full grill assembly have been fitted. The interior of the car and bonnet have been covered with butyl rubber sound deadening mat to give the car a very solid feel and remove the tinny noise, completely transforming the driving experience. A woodgrain dashboard has been installed with a new radio with bluetooth and phone connection. The original seats have been refitted and brackets fitted to provide more leg room.

Body side steel mouldings removed, repaired, painted and glued back on car to cure potential rust problem
Front bumper mounting flange removed and replaced with stainless bumper mounting brackets
Inside the car the floor, bulkhead and bonnet soundproofed with sound deadening pads
