I bought the car in 2015 from Grand Rapids Michigan. The car had been owned for 30+ years by an ex pilot as his pride and joy. I imported the car back to Uk and set about a full restoration. The car has had a chassis up restoration over the last 8 years. I have kept as much of the original as I could to make this one of the best Mk3 Big Healeys for sale today.
The car was converted to right hand drive. The Engine, gearbox and differentials have all been fully rebuilt. The car is like new.
Everything on the car is perfect, it is ready to drive and be cherished.
The only reason that the car is up for sale is that my wife will not go in it !

It now boasts a beautiful Metallic Blue finish with the finest blue leather interior, which is hand made and not off the shelf.
It has a new Mohair roof cover again which was hand made to fit this car, along with the carpets. The door fits and trims are all perfect too.
The car has a few upgrades for modern use including Alternator and electronic ignition. Upgraded larger Aluminium radiator with electric cooling fan. Hand made stainless steel exhaust with ceramic coated headers for improved airflow and cooling.
New wire wheels and tyres complete the look. The car is outstanding but cannot be called concours because of the upgrades.
