Description
A bold Arena Red 993 Turbo with coordinated interior, this C16 example sports a great host of options and twelve stamps in its service booklet. Supplied new in August of 1996 by Chapelgate, the Official Porsche Centre in Dorset, this car enjoyed a life of care and considered use, being well maintained and serviced according to schedule September 2010 when, at 63, 399 miles, the car was put into storage.
Once taken out of storage last year, the car benefitted from a recommissioning by marque specialists William Francis, who removed the fuel tank for flushing, new lines and filter, stripped the rear to replace upper and lower cam-cover gaskets and new genuine lower cam-covers, had the turbos reconditioned to OE specification with new oil feed pipes and hoses, fitted new bumper stays and heat shields along with a set of Bilstein Dampers and new ARB links, and, to finalise the overhaul, the Turbo was fully serviced and presented for a new MOT (November 2024) which it passed with no advisories.
This truly lovely example of the model is now ready for all manner of use and enjoyment to be had by its next owner, whether that's in a collection or on the road.
