BIMOTA DB5R - 2009 - One of only 38 models ever produced by the Bimota factory.... a Genuine "R" model with full carbon fiibre bodywork and mudguards with their infamous Italian Tri-color paintwork, Full Ohlins R&T 43mm front forks and Ohlins rear shock, all fully adjustable for preload, and compression and rebound with height adjuster on the rear shock Alloy subframe, as only fitted to the R models, Oz lightweight forged gold anodised alloys, Brembo 330mm oversize front discs with brembo monoblock 4 pot calipers, brembo 230mm rear disc with brembo 2 pot caliper, Brembo radial master cylinders with accossatto race alloy levers with "bimota" laser etched into the front of the levers, Carbon fibre bimota chequer weave on the bodywork and on the cam belt covers, carbon fibre battery box, air box, guards and chain guard and vented Bimota CF clutch cover and STM Bimota branded Slipper clutch and anodised bimota alloy pressure plate, 3 way position adjustable footpeg hangers and snail cam adjuster on the foot brake and foot gear change lever. Far alloy multiadjustable billet mirrors, far better than the standard... standard included. One previous italian owner who worked at the factory, I bought her when she was just 3 years old and 2, 000 miles and personally imported her in 2012 and put a private reg plate of DB05 BAD on her... included in sale. 2 Bimota keys... all receipts and import docs and EuroCoC, original mirrors and rear indicators, I also bought and imported Zard cat free headers and had them ceramic coated from new inside and out and she has the factory titanium open end race cans fitted, Factory gel seat... surprisingly comfy... ultra light and supreme handling capability... just 165kgs for an 1100cc engined bike... comes with facotry bimota cover and bag, owners handbook and fully stamped service book of history from an approved Ducati dealer, Full Factory Owners Manuals also and Exploded Spare PArts manuals... owned by Bimota enthusiasts throughout her life... MRA German certified tinted screen (the factory units crack for giggles with just mere wind pressure).... Flat euro beam headlight which is approved for all Markets throughout the world... also digital koso clocks that easily change from km/ h to mph and vice versa... Stanard for the R models... all fairing fasteners are titanium.... TOOL Kit also included... although theres nowhere to store it... I've toured europe with this bike and the Isle of Man TT a few times...
