I purchased this land rover just over two years and have not had time to finish it. It had a total body off restoration including a brand new fire wall and engine rebuild and the engine runs really sweet. Clutch, Brakes and Overdrive are all great. I am selling because I have just not had time and cannot see me having the time to do the small jobs to drive it properly on a daily basis and enjoy it like it should be enjoyed. The jobs that need doing are the wiper motor needs looking at and chock needs connecting and needs news leaf springs or the old ones refurbing( but new ones are not expensive)
It is a lovely clean last of the series 3 Land Rover that just needs that bit more time and love that I don’t have at the moment. Body off rebuild and been dried stored in my barn since then.
Engine, gearbox, clutch, brake and overdrive are all great.
Chassis like new.
Just needs some love and attention to have a very nice very useable series 3.
