1972 Fiat 132

Very rare Fiat 132 Special 1600 from the first series, year 1972.

Type 132A/ 5S chassis number 0109584, in overall good condition, sound and rust-free bodywork, never crashed, original paintwork in good condition (a few slight paintwork imperfections, blistering in some very limited areas and a few light scratches), fully working and running, complete and original example used by the Italian police as a civilian car, now with civilian registration but again fitted with the original equipment from the early 1970s, working OTE TR40M radio, working siren, aerial.

The car is a very rare first series of this sports saloon model with a brilliant 105 HP twin-shaft engine, with very complete equipment (five-speed gearbox, self-locking differential, instrumentation with rev counter and oil pressure gauge, head rests, athermic windows, heated rear window, metallic paint (Fiat code 577, metallic champagne), green vinyl interior (almost perfect, only a couple of small cracks on the driver's seat), black carpeting.

The car runs really well, with a powerful engine and excellent compression; fast and snappy, with excellent road holding and efficient brakes, suspension and steering in good order, this Fiat 132 is ready to take on any journey with absolute peace of mind.

The car has also just been serviced with replacement timing belt, revised carburettor, new radiator, new electric fuel pump, new brake fluid reservoirs, new brake master cylinder, new brake calipers, new handbrake cables, new shock absorbers, new exhaust system, new starter motor, new battery, new windscreen washer bag, new wiper blades. This car has the documents of the first civil registration in Varese in 1974 (since then it has had only one considerate owner) after which it obtained the registration plate VA 429637, today the car is deleted from the Public Register but the seller has the Chronological Extract for its re-registration or export in addition to copies of the registration certificate and the complementary sheet (title).

The jack, tool bag and original owner's handbook are also present. The car is located in Trana (postcode 10090), 25 kilometres from Turin, Italy. It can be collected on site or can be shipped to any destination at a reasonable cost.
