Just arrived into stock due to sad circumstances, this rare little Sunbeam Imp Sport belonged to a good friend of mine who recently passed away.
I know little about it's history prior to my friend owning it, but I am told it is fitted with the 930cc engine on twin Strombergs. Genuine Minilites fitted.
£500 just spent on a recent tune up including:
New coil
New plugs
New fuel filter
New HT leads & cap
Fuel tank & carbs cleaned
It has done very little miles in the last few years but is now running well and goes through the gears well. Personally I would raise it back up a little as the ride is fairly firm but I guess it's in keeping with sporty nature of the beast!
It all looks pretty solid aside from some bubbling/ holes in the sills. The Paintwork shines well in some areas but is dull in other areas.
Tax & MOT exempt
On the button and i'm sure you could drive it home, however given the little mileage it's done might be wise to give it more of a going over first....
