Description
The W202-generation C43 AMG was the first AMG vehicle to be fully assembled at Mercedes-Benz’s factory following AMG’s acquisition by Daimler-Benz. It was also the first C-Class to be powered by a V8, an AMG-fettled 4. 3-litre coupled with a five-speed automatic AMG transmission with an AMG exhaust and AMG Suspension completing the package.
It is believed that of the W202-generation C43 AMG were produced, only 406 were RHD and a mere 80 or so were estates, making this a particularly rare late-90s Mercedes AMG and rarer still in black rather than silver.
