Previous owner replaced floorpan & re built the engine & I've replaced to full interior , headlining, carpets both inside cabin and under bonnet, added aluminium running boards from USA, added the all important vintage speed roof rack that's a must for any beetle as it follows the contours of the roof.
New battery, spark plugs , HT leads and fresh oil service.
Only for sale as we now own 2 X polos 1984 1991, 1980 VW Jetta 1. 5LS, 1988 auto finesse VW golf GTi 20VT BBS, BMW Z3 and we are thinning out our car collection.
Supplied with VW heritage rear leather parcel shelf and solar charging panel.
The car is a useable classic and is tax and mot exempt, can be a daily if required and is ulez exempt & has rear seat belts.
Been enjoyed and would love this to go to another person to cherish , never been in the rain but an awkward divorce has lost my garage and the beetle is reluctantly available! I've had so many offers on this car over the years and I've refused so this is a chance to grab an amazing Beetle.
I love the quirky steering, gear changes and brakes but all these make this car fun, proper 1971 feeling and drives amazing many people at the car shows we attend can't believe how reliable this vehicle is as most have fuel and starting issues !! Starts everytime no fail !!
Good honest example solid and I love the natural look of the bodywork if you want it mint wouldn't take much to make it mint on the drive.
