Belgian roots, now with us
This extraordinary 964 Backdate was owned for years by a Belgian collector with an impressive array of sports cars, both classic and modern. It shone brightly among legends in his collection. Recently, the owner shifted focus to English car culture, giving us the opportunity to bring this unique Porsche into our collection.
This is no ordinary 964: this Backdate boasts an impressive specification list. Lightweight front fenders, a Kevlar hood, a lightweight rear lid with an iconic ducktail, and a Heigo Porsche 964 RS roll cage. Inside, it features Recaro bucket seats, a tripmaster, and finishes that make this car ideal for rally adventures.
Built for rally perfection
This Porsche is not your standard 964. It’s fully prepared for rallies—specifically refined map-reading rallies, not off-road challenges. With an extra reading lamp, Schroth Racing 4-point harnesses (alongside standard seatbelts), and advanced tools like a stopwatch and tripmaster, it’s equipped for ultimate precision.
Naturally, as a C4, it comes with all-wheel drive, making it not only a joy to drive on paved roads but also a highly capable partner in technical situations. Another highlight: the engine was completely rebuilt just 6, 600 kilometers ago, making it nearly oil-tight—a rarity in the Porsche world!
