Project car . I bought the rolling solid resprayed shell with lots of parts and the interior in pick a while back as I fancied reliving my teens when I had a mars red gti .
I sourced a good 90k period correct/ engine code and a correct interior and refurbished pirrelli mk 1 gti p slots with pirrelli tyres and mint caps (not in pics)for her then passed it on to my friend to build for me . time has passed with no real progress . his landlord has now issued him with 3 months notice to vacate the work shop . I'm gutted . and have no one else to complete for me so my dream is slipping away unfortunately.
So some lucky bugger is going to get a bargain . I will get a load more pics and a list of bits . oh yes I also bought the graphics kit . a dual headlight grill with bage and all the exterior plastic arches and a nice exhaust. It just needs putting together and sourcing some missing bits
Engine . gearbox. clutch are in car along with a race head for some extra horses . not that it'll need it weighing 800kg !!! Car has everything in pics plus arches , decals and original red stripes interior ( front and rear seats ) . also car has coilovers fitted and calipers . pleaseAll books . 2 yes . lots of stamps and receipts
