This is a stunning 1971 MGB Roadster in Glacier White. A young 19 year old chap purchased this car back in 1988 and kept the car for the next 36 years until he sadly passed away early this year and the only reason it is now up for sale. During his long ownership he lavished time and money on its upkeep until he decided on a full restoration rebuild about 13 years ago. He had the car professionally rebuilt utilising a new Heritage bodyshell, Supercharged engine and a 5 speed gearbox. The large history file shows that about £35, 000 was spent restoring the car over a 2 year period and a further £12, 000 on upkeep since then. It really is an amazing car and has remained in fantastic condition both inside and out. He used the car regularly, including trips to France and other long trips. It drives very well with excellent oil pressure (55lb), plenty of power courtesy of the supercharger and a smooth operating 5 speed box.
