This Zambezi Silver XS Double Cab was purchased from Johnsons 4x4 in September 2018, with 101, 421 miles on the odometer. I have enjoyed 6 years as its custodian, adding just over 11, 000 more miles. It was supplied with a partially stamped service book from the previous 2 corporate owners covering 2006-2013. Despite the low milage, I have serviced it annually with a local LR Specialist, using genuine LR parts, most recently a B service at 112, 494. It has a fresh MOT valid to November 2025. A genuine XS with an additional Special Vehicles badge and build number, it features Air Con, ABS and Traction control, remote central locking and alarm, electric front windows and heated seats- which I updated using Exmoor Trim Modular items finished in XS Black Rack 1/ 2 leather, and a matching steering wheel. I've enjoyed adding a few choice aftermarket items to make this Defender fun to drive regularly. The original 16" Boost Alloy wheels are now shod with General Grabber AT3's pushed out into the arches with 30mm Terrafirma spacers. A Storm Stage 1 remap provides excellent performance and driveability. Extensive sound deadening and insulation has been fitted to the doors, floor and roof lining. Light guards protect the full LED lighting setup from Wipac and Stedi, and side steps have been fitted, as well as a snow cowl, and MUD seat rails. The ABS modulator and control unit have also been replaced with new LR parts.
