Very original example, I have owned the car for 3 years and am the 4th owner. It has been improved during my ownership with both inner and outer sills fully replaced, a full stainless steel exhaust, 4 new spare tyres, new rubbers and door seals on all 4 doors, has a full MOT and recent service. Although not full, It has history file showing that the car was loved by its 2 first family owners of father and daughter. I have spoken to the mechanic that looked after the car during their ownership. The car is very solid and drives and handles well, it’s quick for such a big car and I love driving it. It’s part of a small collection of 12 Jaguars and only available as I have a newer 4. 2 MK10 and simply cannot use them all. I have been on long runs in her and she has never let me down. The car needs using. Any trail welcome. I was looking for a MK10 during lockdown and missed out on one unfortunately that I followed and saw advertised twice more before missing it again. Luckily for me the original owner kept in touch with me and it was he that saw this car for sale in Scarborough. He alerted me one Saturday morning and my wife and I jumped in our car and went straight up there and bought it.
It’s a lovely straight car that makes me smile when driving it. I actually love her but with others in my collection needing money spent on them and a lack of time to enjoy using them, I need to let this one go.
