Description
My 1972 blaze orange MGB GT. I'm sadly having to sell it because I'm leaving the country. Three previous owners. Current owner for 3 years, previous for 10. MOT to February 2025. Older restoration (photo album available). Overdrive on 3rd and 4th gear works perfectly. Good oil pressure. Electronic ignition means it picks up speed really well, the engine feels really smooth. Brakes, clutch, steering, and throttle all feel great. Almost always garaged for the last 13 years. Paintwork is reasonable but thin on a few spots (front seal and top of bonnet, visible in pictures). Very good shutlines. Some pitting on the original bumpers. Slight rust on one rear wing seam (see photo) which has been this way since 2011, and another small rust spot at the front of one of the rear wheel arches. Over all, a really solid car which is ready to be enjoyed!
