Description
Here i have my Berkeley Special edition MX-5, its one of the lowest if not the lowest mileage Berkeleys in the UK, with only 400 made and the special edition paint it certainly stands out.
Everything is original on the car from the interior to the wheels.
It has full complete service history with mazda book stamps matching to all receipts.
Timing belt and waterpump including brakes were done 2000 miles ago with proof.
As with a cared for classic the car is very smooth both in engine and transmission, no noises and the cabin is relatively quiet compared to other mk1's i have been in.
It has genuine arches which are very clean all round and has a genuine 0 advisory MOT (mot history is rather good for a 27 year old classic).
It has averaged less than 1500 miles a year since 1997, the interior also shows this and is very tidy, no cracks in the dash etc.
Engine bay does not show rust on chassis rails or around the engine (quite common).
The bonnet has 2 blemishes im laint about a cm big, other than that a very well conditioned NA.
All electrics work from headlights to heaters.
Its a lovely car and suggest you have a look, i am happy to talk about negotiations when viewing. Its hard to price the classics these days but going off mileage and model/ edition this is slightly slower as some seem to be 7-8k.
The reason for selling is i have another special edition which has higher mileage and feel less guilty using! Feel this car/ condition belongs to a collector, underneath, sills and arches are very good on here.
