BRU 893A is a Stunning Triumph Herald 1200 that was first registered 4th April 1963. Now 61 years old it is exempt from both Road Tax and MOT. But it still has an MOT till 30th May 2025. The car has had only 6 owners and covered only 47, 700 miles in over 60 years. The mileage all seems to tally with the MOT and service history in the history file. The car was undersealed from new and it has definitely done its job with the underside of the car in amazing rust free condition. The file has old MOT's, invoices, a heritage certificate, old V5's, an original brochure, owners handbook, photo evidence of recent respray and amazingly the original sales invoice. The exterior of the car is in fantastic condition and only 2 years ago had a full professional respray in the original and rare colour of Renoir Blue. The panels are very straight. All the trim is present and correct and the car sit on refurbished wheels complete with a matching set of almost new 145R13 tyres. A pair of Raydot wing mirrors are fitted. The boot area is very clean and house the spare wheel, parts catalogues and tools etc. The interior is also in excellent order with the grey seats, door cards and black carpet all in excellent condition. The wooden dash is very good and the car has front seatbelts fitted. The engine bay is also very clean and tidy. There is a new battery fitted and the car is negative earth. The car has had a recent service and starts on the first turn of the key. The 1147cc engine and 4 speed gearbox run really smoothly and propel the car along nicely with a fair turn of pace.
