Ariel VB 600 1955
The machine is in great original condition , paintwork is in the correct maroon colour and free from rust. Chrome on wheels is good as is the silencer , some slight deterioration on down pipe.
Bike is a very easy starter , engine has been rebored and fitted with new piston , valves and guides only a few hundred miles ago. Magneto has been rebuilt and rewound within the last two years.
The monobloc carb has been replaced with a concentric so as two improve starting and tick over . Engine runs really well.
Gearbox , clutch and brakes are working fine and the Ariel has good tyres
This is a 600cc single cylinder side valve motorcycle that was manufactured mainly for side car use due to the tremendous torque produced by the engine , although they make great solos and fun to ride.
It is a very rare bike now and a real head turner .
V5 in owners name , has been with the seller since march 2022
