An exceptional replica of the works K3 built by Geraint Lewis to an exacting standard over a 2 year period.
The car is built on a genuine factory K1 chassis, modified to K3 specification, with the original 1934 registration from new - ATN 76.
Many K3 reps are built on N type or widened L type chassis’s, however this is on an original K chassis.

K3 aluminium slab tank body over ash frame, aluminium bonnet and supercharger cowl. Cycle wings. Body superbly painted in British Racing Green - two pack water based paint.
Full width folding windscreen plus twin aero screens.
Split zipped full tonneau cover in black double duck.
K3 radiator shell with correct bronze radiator support castings.
The 6 cylinder 1271cc engine has been totally rebuilt, and fitted with a Phoenix counter balanced solid billet crank, new Corello rods and Cosworth pistons, all new bearings, camshaft, valves and guides. BTH Magneto. Deep K3 alloy sump.
Marshall 85 crank driven supercharger with correct 1 7/ 8” SU HV8 carburettor and new inlet manifold and pipe work.
ENV 4 speed and reverse preselector gearbox with correct K3 remote gear change and brake adjustment.
K axles front and rear with Hartford friction dampers. 4 on rear axle. All springs cord bound.
Rear axle with new crown wheel and pinion set ( Peter Green ) to correct higher ratio, in steel casing with 4 star unit.
13” diameter original Elektron alloy drum brakes modified to K3 spec, new fast road linings on original shoes with cable actuation.
New 19” wire wheels in body colour with Blockley types and rear mounted spare.
All period correct gauges by John Mark of ‘Vintage Restorations’. Rare Jaeger clock as fitted to Count Lurani’s Mille Miglia car.
Ki- gas pump.
Rare Marchal fog lights as fitted to Mille Miglia cars.
There is large file with the car going back to before it was built, extensive restoration receipts, plus the factory chassis file and all DVLA paperwork.
Fire extinguisher fitted.
Brantz International 3 trip meter, driver repeater and timer fitted with remote controls. All rally meters fitted from existing fastenings on dashboard and easily removable. Car completely prepared for vintage rallies such as the Flying Scotsman, Shamrock Rally.
