Ultra rare opportunity to acquire a verona red non sunroof BMW 2002 tii lux square rear light, right hand drive restoration project. First registered in 1976. Mileage is currently showing 14, 222 miles. I believe this to correct. I have old MOT certificates from 1990 showing 13, 000 miles. I have owned the car for the last 10 years and have done the following work
Strip to bare shell. Shell required minor welding work as do most 2002's. All welding had been professionally completed using all new parts where required from jaymic BMW. shell has been dipped and etch primed throughout. the shell welding is 100 percent complete and ready for painting.
All suspension stripped, dipped and powder coated ready to assemble. All new bushes included (Jaymic)
Calipers sent off and overhauled. All new metal and rubber brake lines included (Jaymic)
New discs and pads. New shoes and brake cylinders.
Brake boosters rebuilt
Engine (matching numbers) stripped and every component has been bead blasted ready to assemble.
All original LUX interior.
Every nut and bolt on the car has been dipped and zinc coated.
Every other part present to rebuild the car
An appreciating classic car with values around the £70000 mark once complete. I have done all of the hard work! The car stands me in double what I'm asking but loss of workshop space is forcing sale.
