There is probably more, but this is off the top of my head. I have changed what’s needed to be done, but a lot has been done for aesthetic reasons and peace of mind.
The interior is absolutely pristine, the only thing not original is the stereo. The original mats are still fitted, it smells like new inside.
The exterior is very very clean, there is little to no rust.
The drivers side a panel has a very small blister, the size of a 20p. The underside is very clean, there has never been any welding repairs. It’s a very solid little car.
The Mini starts and drives extremely well.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my ownership, but I am looking to buy my first home, this has brought me to the decision to part with my pride and joy.
I will really miss this car, I hope the new owner has as much fun in it as I have!
The Mini has always been garaged since my ownership, it’s never been washed or been out in the rain.
I have uploaded the most recent photos of the Mini, I have a walk round video of the car. I can’t upload this, but please contact me if you would like the video.
I purchased this Mini in March 2022 from a private collector, after it had spent 15 years off the road in a heated warehouse. The second owner who purchased in 2005 had a bump in 2007 (front end) It was registered as a category D. I do not have any photos of the damage, but the Mini was then sold to the collector who repaired the car, that is where it spent the next 15 years until I purchased it.
