Description

I’m selling my lovely stag and the only reason is because I’ve been offered a car that I’ve been looking for a long time has come available to buy. I owned this stag for 2 years from 2014 till 2016 and sold it because of storage issues and when I sold it to the new owner I asked him to give me first refusal when he ever decided to sell. After 6 years later I got the phone call that he will be selling the stag and if I was still interested in buying it back. luckily I was in a better position and agreed to buy it back. He was a man of his word. When I sold the car to him in 2016 I had sold it for 18K. Since in his ownership he has spent another 15K on it to get it where it is today. I must say when I went down to pick the car up he wasn’t short of a few bob as he had her parked up in a lovely heated barn along side some other stunning collections of classic cars and due to ill health is selling them all. This was his advert when he just put the car up for sale and then contacted me if I was still interested in purchasing it back. The car drives absolutely spot on and sounds AMAZING. I have a agreed insurance valuation of 35K.

My 1976 Mk2 Triumph Stag in excellent condition and drives extremely well. I was looking for nearly 2 years for the right Stag to come along and to be honest I really didn't want one in white, however this one was so straight and drove that well I decided to compromise on colour.
This vehicle has had everything done mechanically please see list below, Body work is in exceptionally good condition, I had it professionally re-sprayed in 2018 due to the original paint being dull and flat but it had no rot or rust and remains the same today, no rust on either the door bottoms, inside the boot lid, inside the bonnet, any of the wheel arches or door shuts. Interior is clean and tidy for age roof in reasonable condition and goes up and down with no issues and comes with a very good hard top.

Mechanical jobs/ upgrades:
Recondition Jaguar 4 speed auto gearbox conversion, Supplied and fitted by Mr Stag himself Clive Tate at Tate & Lewis in Evesham (£4800
Apart from the gearbox all mechanical work carried out by classic car specialist Neville Mottershead at RSG

Every Bush and mounting replaced with poly bushes.
