The first Peugeot car, a three-wheeled, steam-powered car designed by Leon Serpolley, was produced in 1889, after many different models of the Peugeot, they started building the type 172 in 1924.
The first of the 5CV series was the Type 172 BC. The Type 172 BC took over the 667 cc engine of the Quadrilette, but with a power of up to 11 hp. It debuted during the Tour de France Automobile in 1924. Between 1924 and 1925 there are 7, 084 copies of 172 BC. The type 172 BC built different models. 2 seaters, 4 seaters, convertibles. Models for the economy, but few of this model. A 4 seater car with a leather-covered roof, very unique.

The engine is a 4 cylinder and produces 669 cc. The car has a 3-speed gearbox and everything has been overhauled.
History of this car
This Peugeot was bought in 1964 at the Autotron museum by a private collector and has restored it very nicely. Everything has been restored, the chassis, the body, the engine and also the wiring. Furthermore, the interior has been tackled, which looks very nice with the outside of the car.
