Description
This stunning 2001 Porsche 911 Carrera has covered just under 57, 500 miles from new and is presented in fantastic condition for its age.
This well looked after, one owner example has had no expense spared in keeping it on the road over the last 23 years. This is reflected in both the condition and the drive of the vehicle which is very good for a car that is now 24 years old.
There is a fully documented service history with the vehicle having 20 service stamps in the book from Porsche Centre Bournemouth. There are also a collection of additional stamps for brake fluid changes and long-life guarantee reports.
The original service book has been seen through to completion with stamps continued in a Porsche classic book which has a further two stamps. The first being a Major service at 56, 937 miles and a second and final stamp at 57, 134 miles in 2022.
Since this last service the car has covered minimal mileage due to the current owner becoming less able to drive the vehicle as an older person.
There are two areas that we would consider faults with the car although these are minor. The first is a collection of paint chips on the door which have been left as-is for the new owner to make the decision on repainting or keeping the car original.
The second fault is that the display screen for the heater controls have failed - we suspect due to age - this is not a big issue as the air con and heaters can be controlled via the factory upgraded console found within the vehicle.
These minor faults have been reflected in the price with the car being in otherwise fantastic condition and a must-see example for anyone wanting a 911 of this generation.
